DVD deposit A solution to return DVDs
when something goes wrong, e.g.:
Patent pending
- the dispenser is out of order,
- the bar code cannot be scanned,
- you lost your card,
- you forgot your PIN,
ecc...
Thanks to proprietary technology, for
the whole 24 Selfvideo range HEN can
provide a fully automatic dispenser
called DVD EMERGENCY DEPOSIT.
The dispenser door opens when:
- there is a power cut
- the dispenser is out of order
- the manager sends a text message (optional)
- a command is given from a PC (only with the HENweb system)
The dispenser door closes when:
- electric power is supplied
- the dispenser is working correctly
- 30" after it opened following a text message
- 30" after it opened following a PC command
